Office is conveniently located near the Dallas North Tollway and Keller Springs. Insurance: Now accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Aetna. If out of network, a Superbill is provided for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Self-pay rates are based on a tiered system to align with your current financial situation.
